Tips for Safe Use:
- If You Can't Open the Cap: This happens because the residual steam inside the tank is still too hot. Please follow these steps:
- Heating Tips: Wait for the initial heating process to finish completely before using the steam cleaner. If you use it too soon, it may spray a mix of steam and water. It's normal for the steam cleaner to temporarily stop heating when the internal temperature reaches 138℃. This is a safety feature to protect the machine from overheating. Without this temperature control, continuous heating could damage the internal components.
